This is a webisode that For NCR will be producing to Junk Radio. It's the story of the fearless Colonel Joel A. Vazquez as he patrols Navarro - and runs into raiders, ghouls, "The Fuss", and his ghoul manservent. It is based on the popular comic dramas of the 1950's, and will bare many similar "The Exciting Adventure of Herbert Daring Dashwood" moments.
